The transaction will be effective on April 3, 2023. Leading by DESIGN will continue to maintain its name, brand, and team and run as a separate entity of �Ӱ���Ƶ.

In fact, the Founder of Leading by DESIGN, Rodger Price, and Jeff Disher began their friendship in the 1980s as budding engineers at Prince Corp in Holland. The two companies even share the same Colonial Clock Building location in downtown Zeeland.
